NOTICE OF DECISION

CENTRAL ONTARIO STANDARDBRED ASSOCIATION (COSA)

Decision: The Administration is to notify the Ontario Horse Racing Industry Association, Ontario Racing and the Ministry of the Attorney General as to the Orders of the executive director to determine if they wish to be represented at the hearing which has been set for November 1, 2 and 3, 2016. The Administration is to provide evidence as to those parties either wishing to be represented or that they decline to participate with such evidence to be filed in these proceedings on or before September 20, 2016.
The hearing on September 20th 2016 is to deal with a motion to quash a subpoena with material relating thereto to be delivered for that motion by September 2, 2016 by the Administration and a reply by OHHA by September 16, 2016. Further any party may make a submission to the Panel on the September 20, 2016 hearing date as to what parties are entitled to participate in all or part of the proceedings
The order of the executive director dated January 7th, 2016 is stayed until the conclusion of the hearing relating to the SRA funds.
