MADAME CHAIR: Okay, this is an appeal of judges ruling 45899 and 45898. These appeals are denied. In reviewing the race video this morning and upon hearing testimony of Judge Walker who speaks for the unanimous panel of judges, on hearing submissions of the two appellants Carolyn Jarrell and Jonathan Drury the panel finds that Mr. Drury driving horse WILDCAT HANNA on September 29th, 2014 at Mohawk Raceway did leave the course going inside pylon one gaining an unfair advantage in the 4th race. The offending horse WILDCAT HANNA must therefore, pursuant to rule 18.08.02 of the rules of Standardbred Racing, be moved from 2nd place finish to a 7th place finish. Driver Jonathan Drury is fined $100.00. Thank you.
