MADAME CHAIR: Okay, the appeal of Matthew Moore in TB ruling 9089/2015 is denied. We have reviewed the race tape from various perspectives. We have listened to the evidence of Steward McMahon who speaks for the unanimous panel of stewards, from Luis Contreras who claimed foul and from the appellant Matthew Moore. The preponderance of evidence, including images of jockey Contreras checking his horse to avoid further incident, support a finding of interference contrary to the rules of Thoroughbred racing. The penalty of the stewards is upheld.
