MADAME CHAIRMAN: Well, I share your view that I don’t think this is a frivolous appeal. In fact, I was thinking of a golf game and what they would call it if this had been a golf game. It was a very tight race. I am going to uphold the finding of the judges though and I am not going to affect the outcome of this race by any ruling that I would make but it was a very very tight race so I can understand that this was a very very difficult determination by the judges as well as to accept by yourself. So the very best of luck through the season and hopefully we won’t see you here again.
