On October 3, 2012, Norman Lloyd DeSouza (“DeSouza”) was issued Ruling TB ADMIN 58/2012 wherein his licence was immediately suspended.

On April 1, 2014, DeSouza applied for a Reinstatement Hearing

MR. CHAIRMAN: Do you understand that? Mr. De Souza, we will come back here on the 22nd. By that time you will have the results and then we can finish this matter at that time.

MS. FRIEDMAN: So we will be in touch with you.

MR. DE SOUZA: So I will have no access to Ajax Downs and no access to Woodbine until then?

MR. CHAIRMAN: That's correct.

MS. FRIEDMAN: The issue is the absence of a negative test result.

MR. CHAIRMAN: Thank you. This matter is adjourned then until April 22nd at 9:00 a.m.
