Hearing continued ...
MR. CHAIRMAN: I am going to give you back your licence with the proviso that by the end of the week you must provide proof and not you writing out something, that you are back in compliance with your signed document. That means that you need to see your person who if it is your psychiatrist, if it is that person, that you have met with him and that you have set up a series of meeting that will be in compliance and then someone from the Commission sitting very close to you will be in discussion with you as to how you can continue on meeting your responsibilities by way of your signature on the return to work agreement.
MR. YATES: Yes, sir. Thank you.
MR. CHAIRMAN: If you have not fulfilled those terms your license will be pulled by the end of the week.
MR. YATES: Yes, sir. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow.
MR. CHAIRMAN: But you need to provide something in writing from that person to the person sitting very close by to you that you know quite well.
MR. YATES: Yes.
MR. CHAIRMAN: And that document has to be from that person that you are back in compliance and not only that you have met tomorrow but there are a series of meetings established.
MR. YATES: Yes, sir.
MR. CHAIRMAN: Just so you understand.
MR. YATES: Like I appreciate the ORC doing this for me. Like I would never jeopardize this. Even the psychiatrist but the worst thing is he - I even asked him before. He is not allowed to write a letter. He has to write a letter, it has to go back to Chapelle. This is how this all came about. This is how the whole misunderstanding happened.
MR. CHAIRMAN: You need to get the documentation to your friend over there.
MR. YATES: Okay.
MR. CHAIRMAN: And I tell you she is your friend.
MR. YATES: Yes, thanks.
MR. CHAIRMAN: Okay.
MR. YATES: Thank you very much.
MR. CHAIRMAN: You're welcome.
