REASONS FOR DECISION
The Hearing
On June 7, 2013, a panel of the ORC, comprised of Vice Chair Anthony Williams, was convened to address the start date of an outstanding suspension by way of teleconference.
Jennifer Friedman (“Friedman”) appeared as counsel for the Administration of the ORC (“Administration”).
Jamie Wilson was self-represented.
On March 27, 2013, the judges at Western Fair Raceway ordered a 10 day full suspension against Jamie Wilson for violation of ORC Rule 10.01 (b) of the Rules of Standardbred Racing.
The suspension was to start December 7, 2015 to December 16, 2015, both dates inclusive.
The suspension date is varied to Thursday, June 6, 2013 to Saturday, June 15, 2013, both dates inclusive, to conform with the prior issue of Amended Ruling Number COM SB 023/2013, dated June 5, 2013.
