MR. CHAIRMAN: And you are. Then I will assess you - allow you. The ruling will be I'm allowing you to withdraw your appeal subsequent to you being assessed the costs of $175.00 for work that had been conducted by the Administration on preparing for the appeal. Okay, thank you.
