1 ---Upon resuming
2 THE CHAIRMAN: I apologize for the
3 more-than-ten minutes we were away, but it has
4 allowed me extra time to carefully consider the
5 issues before me today.
6 Mr. Wilson, you have raised, I think,
7 some issues that the Commission needs to consider.
8 Having said that, I am going to deny
9 your appeal for the stay. However, what I am
10 doing, I am moving up the date of your hearing to -
11 this is tentatively because the Chair of the Panel
12 we can't reach, but we believe he'll be
13 available, Vice-Chair Mr. Williams - Friday the 26th
14 of this month, so just a little over a week away.
15 Also, at this time I am going to
16 recommend to the Administration that they bring
17 forward to the full Board of the Commission some
18 issues you raised today. I don't want to go any
19 further, but that may shed some light and some hope
20 for situations like yours that could come to pass.
21 The Board meets on May the 2nd, so we're not that
22 far away from potentially some resolution there as
23 well.
24 It is not the answer you wanted today,
25 but I think that we are closer to some type of

2 issues today and going forward. It is the best I
3 can do, I'm sorry.
4 Again, we've moved it up and there will
5 be some answers sooner than later. I am hopeful
6 there will be some good news coming down the road
7 for you.
8 MS. FRIEDMAN: If Next Friday, April
9 22nd, isn't an option for Mr. Vice Chair, is there
10 a second possible date?
11 THE CHAIRMAN: The second date would be
12 May 3rd, which would be the day after the Board
13 meeting.
14 So Ms. Wright will get a hold of you.
15 As soon as we can track down Mr. Williams, we'll
16 confirm. It will be 9:00 in the morning on the
17 26th or 9:00 in the morning on the 3rd of May.
18 We believe that Mr. Williams', as of a
19 day ago, schedule is free, but we have to ensure
20 that he hasn't booked something and that he
21 wouldn't be available now. We tried reaching him.
22 I tried just before I came in.
23 So, thank you. This hearing is ended
24 and the people will see you here on the 26th.
25 MR. WILSON: How do I get a phone

1 number? I guess that would be Don Lawrence I have
2 to call? Is it not him that I have to call if I
3 sell horses, because I sold one two weeks ago, I
4 gave it away, how do I get his number?
5 MS. FRIEDMAN: If you speak to the
6 reception they will have the phone number.
7 THE CHAIRMAN: Let's see if we can find
8 Mike Wilson. We'll go to the reception area.
9 ---Whereupon proceedings adjourned at 11:38 a.m.
