ii. Cicero, Gino (Standardbred Licence No. M22022 as trainer/owner) A Judges’ Ruling, SB 36391 was issued against him on October 15, 2007

iii. Crowley, Pat (Standardbred Licence No. Y87067 as groom/owner) A Judges’ Ruling, SB 36390 was issued against him on October 15, 2007

iv. DeChellis, James (Standardbred Licence No. C31710 as driver/trainer/owner) A Judges’ Ruling, SB 36375 was issued against him on September 28, 2007
