AND IN THE MATTER OF THE 2007 RACE DATES
WOODSTOCK RACEWAY
WHEREAS Tandem Entertainment Corp., operating as Winrac Development Inc. is licensed under the Racing Commission Act 2000 to operate Woodstock Raceway;
AND WHEREAS Woodstock Raceway was approved by Ruling Number GEN 001/2006 to conduct 24 live race dates;
AND WHEREAS Woodstock Raceway is scheduled to race on May 19, 2007;
AND WHEREAS there are an insufficient amount of horses entered to race on May 19, 2007;
TAKE NOTICE that in the best interests of racing and in the interests of providing a complete product to the betting patron, the race date scheduled for May 19, 2007 at Woodstock Raceway is hereby cancelled.
