IN THE MATTER OF THE RACING COMMISSION ACT, S.O. 2000, c.20;

AND IN THE MATTER OF THE 2007 RACE DATES

SUDBURY DOWNS RACEWAY

WHEREAS MacRanald Enterprises Inc. is licensed under the Racing Commission Act 2000 to operate Sudbury Downs Raceway;

AND WHEREAS Sudbury Downs Raceway was approved by Ruling Number GEN 001/2006 to conduct 67 live race dates;

AND WHEREAS Sudbury Downs Raceway is scheduled to race on August 15, 2007;

AND WHEREAS due to the ongoing labour dispute and in the best interests of racing, the race date scheduled for August 15, 2007 at Sudbury Downs Raceway is hereby cancelled.
