IN THE MATTER OF THE RACING COMMISSION ACT, S.O. 2000, c. 20;
AND IN THE MATTER OF 2007 LIVE AND INTERTRACK RACE DATES
On October 19, 2006, Chair Lynda Tanaka and Commissioners Bernard Brennan, Jane Garthson, David Gorman, George Kelly and Brenda Walker convened a meeting of the Governing Board to review the race dates applications and submissions received following circulation of the race dates applications from industry members and the public for the 2007 season.
The Ontario Racing Commission, after reviewing the written submissions from the applicants and others, approved the following:
