QUINTE EXHIBITION AND RACEWAY

On December 28, 2006, Chair Rod Seiling and Commissioners Bernard Brennan, Jane Garthson, David Gorman George Kelly and Brenda Walker convened a meeting of the Governing Board via teleconference to review the race date application and submission received for Quinte Exhibition and Raceway from Baymount Incorporated.

The Ontario Racing Commission, after reviewing the written submissions from the applicants and others, approved the following:

Live Standardbred Race Dates

Quinte Exhibition and Raceway 17

Simulcast Dates (Intertrack and Teletheatres)

Quinte Exhibition and Raceway 364

All post times were approved as applied for.

Reference should be made to the Notice to the Industry issued December 28, 2006 by Chair Rod Seiling, which summarizes the decisions of the Commission at its meeting.

The calendar of the approved Live Dates form an attachment to the ruling.
