AND IN THE MATTER OF
STANDARDBRED LICENSEE DAVID MACNABB
Standardbred Licensee David MacNabb requested a hearing before the Ontario Racing Commission in relation to the Executive Director’s Notice of Proposed Order to refuse to issue a licence dated March 23rd, 2005.
On May 2, 2005, Chair Lynda Tanaka, Commissioner Walker and Commissioner Brennan of the Ontario Racing Commission convened to hear the matter
Mr. MacNabb appeared on his own behalf and counsel Luisa Ritacca appeared for the Administration.
Upon hearing from the Administration and from Mr. MacNabb, upon reading the exhibits filed, and hearing from witnesses for both the Administration and Mr. MacNabb, the Ontario Racing Commission confirmed the Executive Director’s Notice of Proposed Order to refuse to issue a license.
The Commission gave oral reasons for its decision which are part of the transcript.
