AND IN THE MATTER OF 2005 LIVE AND INTERTRACK RACE DATES
WINDSOR RACEWAY
In Ruling GEN 001/2005 dated January 19, 2005, the Ontario Racing Commission unanimously approved a 2005 live race date schedule for Windsor Raceway, subject to and contingent on conditions being agreed to by the applicant.
Windsor Raceway Inc. has now provided written agreement to the conditions set out in Ruling GEN 001/2005, including submission of a revised schedule for Windsor Raceway for a total of 131 race dates and written commitment to race an average of 15 races per program.
The new schedule of date is hereby approved and a calendar of dates forms part of this ruling.
