On June 8, 2005, Chair Lynda Tanaka convened to hear a teletheatre licence application from Rideau Carleton Raceway via teleconference from Toronto.
Reg MacFarlane represented Rideau Carleton Raceway from Ottawa, Ontario. Manager of Information Services Wendy Hoogeveen represented the Administration in Toronto.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved teletheatre licence as follows:

Site: 1475 Richmond Road, Ottawa, Ontario
Site Operator: Vincent Roland Bergeron, known as Royal Britannia Pub
effective June 23, 2005.
