On October 20, 2005, Chair Lynda Tanaka, and Commissioners Bernard Brennan, Jane Garthson, David Gorman, George Kelly and Brenda Walker met in a meeting of the Board to review the race date applications for the 2006 season.
The Ontario Racing Commission, after reviewing the written submissions from the applicant and others, approved the following:
