RULING
The Ontario Racing Commission issued Ruling Number COM SB 22/2002, November 8, 2002 wherein limitations were placed on the access of Gerald Lamoureux, Arthur Adams, Paul St. Amand, Edward Bassis, Douglas Murray Mc Connell, John Rodriquez, Michael John Sinclair and Andre Villeneuve to areas of Sudbury Downs that are ordinarily available to horsemen;
The Reasons for Decision provided that at any time after December 31, 2003, any of the Applicants may apply to the Commission for a removal or alteration of the access limitations imposed. Gerald Lamoureux, Arthur Adams, Paul St. Amand, Edward Bassis, Douglas Murray McConnell, John Rodriquez, Michael John Sinclair and Andre Villeneuve applied to the Commission for the removal of the access limitations. Sudbury Downs advised the Commission that it does not object to the removal of the access limitations.
The limitations on access set out in Ruling Number COM SB 22/2002 are hereby removed.
