AND IN THE MATTER OF 2005 LIVE AND INTERTRACK RACE DATES
On October 21, 2004, Chair Lynda Tanaka, Vice-Chair Larry Todd, and Commissioners Bernard Brennan, Jane Garthson, David Gorman, George Kelly and Brenda Walker met in a meeting of the Board to review the race date applications for the 2005 season.
The Ontario Racing Commission, after reviewing the written submissions from the applicant and others, approved the following:

The Notice details specific conditions and requirements of the applicants on a case by case basis.
