FOR WINDSOR RACEWAY
On December 30, 2004, Vice-Chair Larry Todd, and Commissioners Jane Garthson, David Gorman, George Kelly and Brenda Walker held a meeting of the Board by teleconference to review 2005 race date applications.
The Ontario Racing Commission, after reviewing the submissions from the applicant and others, declines to approve the revised 2005 race date application from Windsor Raceway Inc. for Windsor Raceway.
