AMENDED RULING
WHEREAS Wilbert Abraham, licence number K34815 was issued a $6,500 fine and a one-year full suspension pursuant to RULING NUMBER COM SB 001/2003;
TAKE NOTICE that on agreement between Wilbert Abraham and the Ontario Racing Commission Administration, the period of suspension of one year will commence on February 1, 2003 and will end on January 31, 2004.
