RULING

The Ontario Racing Commission imposed on Edward McHale, licence number B35689, a 60 day suspension and fine of $2,000 pursuant to RULING NUMBER COM SB 003/2003. On consent of both Edward McHale and the Administration, through their legal counsel, the issue of dates on which the suspension is to be served was heard by the Chair sitting alone on April 22, 2003.

On hearing submissions of legal counsel for both Mr. McHale and the Administration, the Commission orders that the suspension shall be served from July 15, 2003 to September 14, 2003, inclusive.
