Standardbred owner and trainer Michel Rivest (C40216) was issued a $5,000 fine and a one year full suspension pursuant to RULING NUMBER COM SB 007/2003;
TAKE NOTICE that on agreement between Michel Rivest’s Counsel and the Ontario Racing Commission Administration, the period of suspension of one year will commence on May 26, 2003 and will end on May 25, 2004.
