STANDARDBRED RULING

WHEREAS Standardbred Trainer William Robinson license number 53999 has appealed the penalty set out in ruling number SB 157/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003 and the penalty set out in Ruling number SB 168/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003;

AND WHEREAS Mr. Robinson applied for a stay of the penalties and the application for a stay was heard by a panel of the Ontario Racing Commission on August 29, 2003;

TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Robinson’s penalties are hereby stayed until September 8, 2003 by authority of the Ontario Racing Commission.
