STANDARDBRED RULING

WHEREAS Standardbred Trainer Jim Skelhorn license number H91879 has appealed the penalty set out in ruling number SB 155/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003 and the penalty set out in Ruling number SB 167/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003;

AND WHEREAS Mr. Skelhorn applied for a stay of the penalties and the application for a stay was heard by a panel of the Ontario Racing Commission on August 29, 2003;

TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Skelhorn’s penalties are hereby stayed until October 10, 2003 by authority of the Ontario Racing Commission.
