STANDARDBRED RULING

WHEREAS Standardbred Veterinarian Dr. David Goodrow, DVM (E48941) appealed Ontario Racing Commission Ruling number SB 159/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003 wherein he was suspended for 15 days for failure to comply with Rule 6.47.6 of the Rules of Standardbred Racing;

AND WHEREAS Dr. Goodrow appeared before a panel of the Ontario Racing Commission on October 7, 2003;

TAKE NOTICE that Dr. David Goodrow’s penalties are hereby stayed by the authority of the Commission without prejudice until such time as the panel hearing the appeal of Dr. Goodrow issues a ruling;
