STANDARDBRED RULING
WHEREAS Standardbred Veterinarian Dr. Reg Westgarth license number 543231 has appealed the penalty set out in ruling number SB 158/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003;
AND WHEREAS Dr. Westgarth applied for a stay of his penalty and the application for a stay was heard by a panel of the Ontario Racing Commission on August 29, 2003;
TAKE NOTICE that Dr. Westgarth’s penalty is hereby stayed until October 7, 2003 by authority of the Ontario Racing Commission.
