STANDARDBRED RULING

WHEREAS Standardbred Trainer Jim Skelhorn license number H91879 has appealed the penalty set out in ruling number SB 155/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003 and the penalty set out in Ruling number SB 167/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003;

AND WHEREAS Mr. Skelhorn applied for a stay of the penalties and the application for a stay was heard by a panel of the Ontario Racing Commission on August 29, 2003;

AND WHEREAS Mr. Skelhorn’s penalties were stayed until October 10, 2003 by authority of the Ontario Racing Commission.

AND WHEREAS Mr. Skelhorn’s hearing was scheduled for October 10, 2003 and was adjourned at the request of Mr. Skelhorn’s counsel;

TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Skelhorn’s were stayed until October 15, 2003 by authority of the Ontario Racing Commission;

TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Skelhorn’s penalties are hereby stayed until October 30, 2003 by authority of the Ontario Racing Commission;
