STANDARDBRED RULING

WHEREAS Standardbred Trainer William Robinson license number 53999 has appealed the penalty set out in ruling number SB 157/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003 and the penalty set out in Ruling number SB 168/2003 issued against him on August 5, 2003;

AND WHEREAS Mr. Robinson applied for a stay of the penalties and the application for a stay was heard by a panel of the Ontario Racing Commission on August 29, 2003 and Mr. Robinson’s penalties were stayed until September 8, 2003;

AND WHEREAS Mr. Robinson’s application to extend the stay was heard again by a panel of the Ontario Racing Commission on September 8, 2003;

TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Robinson’s penalties were stayed until October 7, 2003, so that Mr. Robinson may serve and file an application for judicial review, by authority of the Ontario Racing Commission.

TAKE NOTICE that Mr. Robinson’s penalties are hereby stayed pending the hearing of his application for judicial review.
