AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION FOR TELETHEATRES
On April 4, 2003, Chair Stanley Sadinsky Q.C.convened to hear a teletheatre licence application from Fort Erie Race Track via teleconference from Kingston.
General Manager and Vice President of Operations Eddie Lynn represented Fort Erie Race Track from Fort Erie, Ontario. Manager, Information Services Wendy Hoogeveen represented the Administration in Toronto.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Fort Erie Race Track
Site: 5435 Kalar Road, R.R. #1, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2E 6S4
Site Operator: 1422302 Ontario Limited, known as Longshots OTB & Sportsbar
effective April 7, 2003, subject to receipt of the finalized liquor
licence before June 18, 2003.
The Ontario Racing Commission cancelled a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Fort Erie Race Track
Site: 4189 Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario
Site Operator: 1422302 Ontario Limited, known as Longshots OTB & Sportsbar
effective April 7, 2003.
