On October 17, 2003, Chair Lynda Tanaka convened to hear a teletheatre licence application from Rideau Carleton Raceway via teleconference from Toronto.
Reg MacFarlane represented Rideau Carleton Raceway from Ottawa, Ontario. Manager of Information Services Wendy Hoogeveen represented the Administration in Toronto.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Rideau Carleton Raceway
Site: 124 Pitt St., Cornwall, Ontario
Site Operator: Rideau Carleton Raceway., known as RCR Off-Track Betting Cornwall
effective October 23, 2003.
The Ontario Racing Commission cancelled the teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Rideau Carleton Raceway
Site: 1615 Pitt St., Cornwall, Ontario
Site Operator: 898452 Ontario Inc., known as Cornwall Off-Track Betting,
