WHEREAS Arthur J. Balson, Licence Number J12110, was issued a suspension period of two years and a fine in the sum of $12,000 pursuant to Commission Ruling 8/2002;
TAKE NOTICE that on agreement between Arthur J. Balson and the Ontario Racing Commission Administration, the period of suspension of two years will commence on June 14, 2002.
