On January 17, 2002, Chair Stanley Sadinsky convened to hear an application for teletheatre licences from Woodbine Entertainment Group and Picov Downs Race Track via teleconferencing in Toronto. Wendy Hoogeveen appeared for the Administration in Toronto.
By telephone from Toronto, Brian Brett represented Woodbine Entertainment Group and Ken Richards represented Picov Downs Race Track.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Woodbine Entertainment Group and Picov Downs Race Track

Site Operator: 1190069 Ontario Limited, known as Mud Hen’s Taps & Grill
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission adjourned the teletheatre licence application as follows:

Site: 715 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario
Site Operator: Daewon House-Club Plus Ltd., known as Champions on the Danforth
until such time as more detailed information is available.
