On February 25, 2002, Chair Stanley Sadinsky Q.C. convened to hear a teletheatre licence application from Rideau Carleton for a location in Cardinal, Ontario, via teleconference from Kingston.
Director of Racing and Publicity Ron Barr and Financial Analyst and Simulcasting Coordinator Peter Andrusek represented Rideau Carleton Raceway from Ottawa. Manager, Information Services Wendy Hoogeveen represented the Administration in Toronto.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:

Site Operator: 730 Truck Stop Inc. known as 730 Truck Stop
effective March 7, 2002.
