AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION FOR TELETHEATRES
On July 3, 2002, Chair Stanley Sadinsky Q.C.convened to hear a teletheatre licence application from Windsor Raceway for a location in Chatham, Ontario, via teleconference from Toronto.
Executive Vice President and Financial Officer Pat Soulierre, Senior Vice President of Operations Joe McGorisk and Mutuels Manager and Simulcast Coorinator Gerry Lundy represented Windsor Raceway from Windsor, Ontario. Manager, Information Services Wendy Hoogeveen represented the Administration in Toronto.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Windsor Raceway
Site: 418 Saint Clair Street, Chatham, Ontario N7L 3KS
Site Operator: Dooly’s Ontario Inc. known as Dooly’s Billiard Parlour
effective July 10, 2002.
The Ontario Racing Commission cancelled a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Windsor Raceway
Site: 220 Riverview Drive, Chatham, Ontario
Site Operator: 981034 Ontario Inc. known as GT’s Roadhouse Restaurant
effective July 8, 2002.
