AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION FOR TELETHEATRES
On June 5, 2002, Chair Stanley Sadinsky Q.C. convened to hear a teletheatre licence application from Flamboro Downs Raceway via teleconference in Toronto.
President and CEO Richard Jacob represented Flamboro Downs Raceway from Dundas, Ontario. Manager, Information Services Wendy Hoogeveen appeared on behalf of the Administration of the Ontario Racing Commission.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre
licence as follows:
Licensee: Flamboro Downs Raceway
Site: 40 Iccomm Drive, Brantford, Ontario N3S 7S9
Site Operator: Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, operating Brantford Charity Casino
subject to the licensee advising the Administration of the opening date.
