On October 7, 2002, Chair Stanley Sadinsky Q.C.convened to hear teletheatre licence applications from Rideau Carleton Raceway, Woodbine Entertainment Group and Sudbury Downs Raceway via teleconference from Toronto.
Reg MacFarlane represented Rideau Carleton Raceway from Pembroke, Ontario. Brian Brett represented Woodbine Entertainment Group from Rexdale, and Jason Hines represented Sudbury Downs Raceway from Chelmesford, Ontario. Information Services Wendy Hoogeveen represented the Administration in Toronto.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved teletheatre licences as follows:
