CLINTON WARRINGTON, JR.

Clinton Warrington, Jr. appealed Standardbred Ruling 23357 wherein he was fully suspended for 90 days (March 30, 2001-June 27, 2001) and fined the sum of $3000.00 for violating Standardbred Rule 11.08.
Jacqueline Warrington appealed Standardbred Ruling 23359 wherein she was fully suspended for 90 days (March 30, 2001-June 27, 2001) and fined the sum of $3000.00 for violating Standardbred Rule 11.08.
On August 9, 2001, Vice-Chair Herbert Bryant convened to hear the appeals, along with Commissioners Patricia Bullock and Thomas Deacon.
Clinton and Jacqueline Warrington appeared on their own behalf and Counsel Joanne Mitchell appeared for the Administration.
On hearing the evidence of Judge Donald Lawrence, Peter Murtezai, Paul McKenzie, Jacqueline Warrington, and Clinton Warrington, Jr., on reading the exhibits filed and on hearing the submissions of the parties, both of the appeals were denied.
Clinton Warrington, Jr. and Jacqueline Warrington will commence their 90-day full suspension period on Monday, August 13, 2001. As such, the suspensions will terminate on November 10, 2001.
The Reasons for Decision were given orally and form part of the transcript.
