On August 10, 2001, Chair Stanley Sadinsky convened to hear an application for a teletheatre licence from Woodbine Entertainment Group via teleconferencing in Toronto. Greg Fernandes appeared for the Administration in Toronto.

Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
