On May 23, 2001, Vice Chair Herbert Bryant convened to hear an application for a teletheatre licence from The Ontario Jockey Club via teleconferencing in Toronto. Wendy Hoogeveen appeared for the Administration in Toronto.
By telephone from Rexdale, Brian Brett represented The Ontario Jockey Club.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: The Ontario Jockey Club
Site: 270 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3J4, Ontario
Site Operator: Richtree Markets Inc., known as Jockey Club Palavrion
effective June 19, 2001.
The Ontario Racing Commission cancelled the teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: The Ontario Jockey Club
Site: 6405 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, ON L5W 4H4
Site Operator: Liaqat Enterprises Inc., known as Coyote Corral
