On August 17, 2001, Chair Stanley Sadinsky convened to hear an application for a teletheatre licence from Barrie Raceway Holdings Limited via teleconferencing in Kingston. Terry Stone appeared for the Administration in Toronto.
By telephone from Barrie, Jane Rees represented Barrie Raceway Holdings Limited.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
