On September 14, 2001, Chair Stanley Sadinsky convened to hear an application for a teletheatre licence from Windsor Raceway via teleconferencing in Toronto. Wendy Hoogeveen appeared for the Administration in Toronto.
By telephone from Windsor, Gerry Lundy represented Windsor Raceway.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
Licensee: Windsor Raceway
Site: 30 Main Street, Ridgetown, Ontario
Site Operator: Levitsky Enterprises Inc., known as Arlington Tavern
effective October 10, 2001.
