COMMISSION HEARING TORONTO, ONTARIO – October 4, 2000
IN THE MATTER OF THE RACING COMMISSION ACT, R.S.O. 1990, c. R2;
AND IN THE MATTER OF A HEARING INTO TELETHEATRE OPERATIONS:
On October 4, 2000, Chair Stanley Sadinsky, Q.C. convened to hear an application for a teletheatre licence from Sudbury Downs Raceway via teleconferencing in Kingston. Wendy Hoogeveen appeared for the Administration in Toronto.
By telephone from Chelmsford, Mike McKee represented Sudbury Downs Raceway.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved a teletheatre licence as follows:
