On October 26th, 2000, Chair Stanley Sadinsky Q.C., Vice-Chair Herbert Bryant and Commissioners Patricia Bullock, Diane Carlton, Tom Deacon, Bruce Duncan and Ernest Nock convened to hear the applications.
