COMMISSION HEARING TORONTO, ONTARIO – May 25, 2000
IN THE MATTER OF THE RACING COMMISSION ACT, R.S.O. 1990, c. R2;
AND IN THE MATTER OF A HEARING INTO TELETHEATRE OPERATIONS:
On May 25, 2000, Chair Stanley Sadinsky, Q.C. convened to hear applications from Rideau Carleton Raceway via teleconferencing in Toronto. Wendy Hoogeveen appeared for the Administration in Toronto.
By telephone from Ottawa, Peter Andrusek, Financial Analyst and Simulcast Director, represented Rideau Carleton Raceway.
Upon hearing the submissions, the Ontario Racing Commission approved teletheatre licences as follows:
