Decision

1The Complainant in this matter has applied to the Public Service Grievance Board, under the Public Service of Ontario Act, alleging inter alia, failure to accommodate by the Respondent Ministry.

2During the course of mediation it became clear that the Complainant’s Long Term Income Protection file may be relevant to the instant proceeding.

3As such, I order the Insurance Carrier (i.e. Canada Life) to provide copies of the Complainant’s Long Term Income Protection file to the Parties and to the Public Service Grievance Board.
