1Deborah Beasley has filed an Application using the Board’s Form 1a, an application regarding political activity / disclosing and investigating wrongdoing under the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 35 Sched. A. She names the Respondent as her employer. No particulars are included in Part C of the application. The remedy requested is as follows:

“Please permanently remove the GSB #2015-0432 decision from the database.”

2It thus appears that the applicant requests this Board to seek the removal from the database of a decision in which she was involved that was issued by a different board, the Grievance Settlement Board of Ontario.

3This Board has no jurisdiction to deal with any matters that are or were or should be before the Grievance Settlement Board. A request or application of this nature is more appropriately initiated through the applicant’s bargaining agent or employer, to that Board.

4As the Public Service Grievance Board does not have jurisdiction to deal with the request made by the applicant, this application is dismissed.
