1This decision is for the purpose of recording the fact that the Board considers the above-noted complaint abandoned.

2The matter was originally adjourned in 2012, pending the resolution of a similar matter. When that matter was resolved, both employer counsel and the Board attempted to reach the complainant on a number of occasions without success. The Board has been informed that Ms. Heffering has left the public service, and the contact information given is no longer current, including a home phone number, which is no longer in service.

3There has been no contact from the complainant to the Board since 2012.

4In these circumstances, the complaint is dismissed as abandoned.
