This is an application under the Pay Equity Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.7 as amended (“the Act”).
Section 4.2 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act permits this procedural decision to be determined by a panel of one.
By letter dated July 30, 2025, the applicant requested the Tribunal to direct the respondent to produce documents pursuant to Rule 53.
By letter dated August 15, 2025, the applicant requested the Tribunal to direct the respondent to produce those documents as they have not yet been produced.
The Tribunal directs the respondent to produce the requested documents which are contained in the respondent’s Rule 51 list forthwith.
This panel is not seized.
